Reservations

Rates include VAT and local taxes.

• cash, at the hotel Reception
• credit cards (accepted: American Express, Dinners Club International, JCB, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa).

Payments can be done in local currency (RON) or in foreign currency (EUR and USD) at the rate of exchange (NBR + 2%) of the hotel.

We guarantee the reservations until the local time 16.00 – the check-in date and will be cancelled if the reservation is not guaranteed by a travel company/agency, or with a credit card which is valid at the reservation date.

If a guaranteed reservation is cancelled after this hour, a penalty equivalent with the value of the first hosting night will be collected. For cancelling the reservation until 16.00 – the check-in date, no penalties will be collected.
